1. Q: How many days you need to install the equipment?
A: Usually we have the fresh stock or material for the common type of the machine, so only need 7-10 days for the shipment. For customized order, we need more time for the detailed cooperation.
2. Q: How many staff abroad you sent to install the equipment?
A: Usually we will arrange the install guidance by video meeting, if necessary, we will arrange the staff abroad according the project or customers’ request.
3. Q: You have sales target finished amount requirement to the distributor?
A: Welcome to be our agent or distributor, and for the sales targets, please kindly contact sales for more information.
4. Q: Can I transfer the money to you then you pay to other supplier?
A: First, thanks to your trust.
We will suggest the manufacturer to you and help you analysis this supplier before you place your order. We can also help to purchase the equipment you like.
5. Q: Can I delivery the goods from other supplier to your factory? Then load together?
A:Yes, welcome, we have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
6. Q: When will you leave your factory and to have your spring festival holidays?
We will have a spring festival holiday from Jan, 21, 2023 to Jan, 27, 2023, please kindly note. During the Spring Festival, we will be reply to your questions in time.
7. Q: Can the equipment be installed under hot weather?
A: The equipment installation is not affected by temperature.
8. Q: Can your products be installed under the cold weather?
A: The equipment installation is not affected by temperature.
9. Q: Do You have office in Shanghai or Guangzhou that i can visit?
A: At now, we don’t have office in Shanghai or Guangzhou. If okay, welcome to visit our factory. If you don’t have much time, we can have a meet in Shanghai or Guangzhou.
10. Q: Can you send your staff to install the equipment for us?
A: Usually we will arrange the install guidance by video meeting, if necessary, we will arrange the staff abroad according the project or customers’ request.
11. Q: Can I only buy some spare parts from you?
A: Yes, all the spare parts were made by Harvester Machinery, you can buy from us directly!
12. Q: Will you will attend the fair to show your products?
A: Yes, we will attend some fair according to our company’s marketing plan to show our products.
13. Q: Can you send your equipment to my warehouse in Guangzhou?
A: No problem, just need to tell us before shipment
14. Q: How long it takes you to provide the designing options for us?
A: Usually our R&D department need about 3-5 days to confirm your design, and the actual production will need more time.
15. Q: What is your products standardization?
A: Our company dedicated to strict quality control, has passed ISO system certification and CE product certification. Products reach European quality standards.
16. Q: How do you pack the equipment?
A: All the equipment are fixed in the iron frame by steel wire, the Frame use the steel which is thicker than 3mm. Strong enough to carry and protect the machine.
Black plastic film will also protect the machine from rain and sun shine.
All the frames is welded according to the machine size, to make sure the minimum size and weight.
17. Q: Can you can design the equipment according to our size?
A: Yes, we accept OEM and ODM.

A: From our factory to Shijiazhuang Zhengding International Airport, it need about 1.5h by car.
And if to Beijing Daxing International Airport, it need about 1.67h by car.
25. Q: Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory located in Baoding City, Hebei Province, a traditional machinery industry base in northern China.
26. Q: Do you provide free spare parts ?
A: Generally, we will provide free spare parts within warranty. If the warranty period expires, spare parts can be provided but by your cost.
27. Q: Do you have detailed and professional installation manual?
A: Yes, the installation manual will be shipped with the goods.
28. Q: If OEM is acceptable?
A: Yes, of course. As a factory, we provided OEM and ODM services according to customers’ requirements.
29. Q: Do you provide sample? Free or charge?
A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality counter display. If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost.
