How to repair & maintenance the laser land leveler?

1.Preparation before using of laser land leveler

1)Carefully check whether the fasteners of the whole machine are fastened;

2)Hydraulic oil is sufficient;

3)Whether the cable is connected in place;

4)Each lubricating part should be injected with lubricating oil and grease;

5)Such as tractor traction walking (no operation), use the lifting control button to check whether the shovel body lifting freely, if yes, it indicates the entire control system and hydraulic system work normally. In auto control mode, raise and lower the receiver to check whether the flat shovel rises and falls with receiver, if yes, it indicates the laser system, control system and hydraulic power are normal.

2.Maintenance at work

1)The receiver is waterproof and dust-proof, but in rainy or windy weather, it should stop working, wipe it clean and put it into the box;

2)Operate the instrument correctly during operation, drive the laser land smoothly, and select the appropriate operating speed;

3)Check whether the connection of each cable joint and tubing is reliable before operation;

3.System maintenance

1)When using, ensure that the connection is firmly, especially add a safety chain at the traction of the flat shovel to avoid unnecessary danger;

2)Make sure the laser land leveler is kept away from rain to prevent rust;

3)Make sure the lifting hydraulic cylinder and each transmission shaft are clean and well lubricated;

4)When not use, the blade should be raised or not direct contact with the ground;

5)Avoid damaging the blade with hard objects (such as rocks, iron blocks, etc.);

6)Cable, check the cable routes daily to ensure they are not cut or pulled during work;

7)Oil discharge hose, check whether these hoses are blocked regularly;

8)System maintenance during use:

(1)In order to ensure accuracy, the laser transmitter is calibrated regularly;

(2)Check the cable daily to ensure that it is not cut or broken during work;

(3)Check whether the oil discharge hose on the control box is blocked Regularly;

(4)Charge the laser transmitter on time.

4.Maintenance and precautions

1)Direct use the tractor hydraulic system is not recommended to avoid damage to your tractor;

2)The independent hydraulic workstation provided by our company must use regular #46 or higher specifications of hydraulic oil. Damage or malfunction caused by not using the specified hydraulic oil is not covered by our company's warranty;

3)When winter or cold weather comes, the antifreeze hydraulic oil needs to be replaced.;

4)Always keep the hydraulic station clean, daily maintenance is necessary;

5)Grease and lubricant oil should be added to the rotating shaft pins once per shift during operation; grease should be added to the ground wheel shaft head bearings once per operation; clean the bearings and replace the grease once a year;

6)After the use of the machine to keep clean, placed in the garage storage;

7)When walking, pay attention to the height of the machine and the height of the shovel body from the ground to prevent collision with other obstacles;

8)When working, pay attention to the site conditions, such as large roots, large stones and construction residues, In case of any damage to the machine;

9)There are lubricating oil filling ports at the tire bearings on both sides and at both ends of the oil cylinder. Calcium-based grease should be added after 100 hours of working cycle.
