Hydraulic Disc Mower is common agricultural machine primarily used for harvesting forage, straw, and other crops. This Hydraulic Disc Mower connected to the rear suspension of tractor, driven by a power take-off shaft. It features 3-6 high-speed rotating cutter discs, each equipped with two or three blades, and the blades can be deflected when encountering large obstacles, preventing blade damage. The rotating discs concentrate the grass in the center for easy collection.

What’s the directions for using this Disc Mower?
1. Connect the Hydraulic Disc Mower and tractor, and adjust the distributor to the working position. The tractor's rear suspension hydraulic cylinder should be lowered to the low position, and the lawnmower's cylinder should be suspended.
2. Before mowing, let the Hydraulic Disc Mower idle for 1h: 20mins at low speed, 20mins at medium speed, and 20mins at high speed. After 1h of operation, stop the machine and disconnect the power take-off shaft.
Check:
1) All connecting bolts.
2) Bearings should not be hot; similarly, the rotating dustbin housing should not be hot.
3)Check and adjust the drive belt. Confirm that all components are operating normally, bearings and dustbin have sufficient lubrication, the cutter head can work normally and smoothly, and there are no problems with idle operation before harvesting.
3. For the first mowing with a new machine, after 1h of operation, use a torque wrench to check all bolts, paying particular attention to the fixing of the rotating cutter head, blades, and protective devices.
4. The Hydraulic Disc Mower should harvest wide, keeping the tractor as close to the grass as possible. When the cutter head encounters an obstacle, the tractor's rear suspension hydraulic cylinder should be raised.
5. On level ground, the working speed is up to 15 km/h; on uneven ground, reduce speed.
