Mounted Rotavator is an indispensable tool in agricultural production. It is a tilling machine used in conjunction with a tractor to perform plowing and harrowing operations. It is widely used due to its strong soil-crushing capacity and smooth surface after plowing. It also breaks up subsurface root stubble, facilitating seed drill operation and providing a good seedbed for later sowing.
This Mounted Rotavator primarily consists of working components, transmission components, and auxiliary components, responsible for soil cutting and crushing, power transmission, and overall machine stability and protection. The working components primarily cut and crush the soil, including the blade holder, blade shaft, and blades; the transmission components transmit power through a gearbox, drive shaft, and universal joints; and the auxiliary components ensure overall machine stability and protection, including the suspension, fenders, side panels, and soil leveling plates.

What’s the operating guide of this product?
1.Starting Tips:
The Rotavator should initially be in the raised position. Gradually release the clutch to ensure a smooth start and adjust the tilling depth. During the starting phase, ensure the machine is raised, with the blade tip approximately 20cm above the ground. After the tractor begins a test run, carefully monitor the transmission components for any unusual noises or oil leaks. Once the rotary tiller reaches the desired speed, gradually release the clutch to ensure a smooth start. During operation, use the hydraulic lift adjustment handle to slowly lower the tiller, gradually digging it deeper into the soil until the desired tilling depth is reached.
2.Key Points During Operation:
Maintain a moderate speed to avoid overloading the Mounted Rotavator. Ensure the cultivator is operating on uncultivated soil to avoid compacting already cultivated soil. During tilling, maintain a tractor speed between 2 and 3 km/h to avoid overloading the tractor and damaging the power transmission components. During operation, always ensure the tractor is operating on uncultivated soil within the rotary tiller's working width to prevent compaction of the already cultivated soil. If obstacles such as rocks or water pipes are encountered during operation, carefully maneuver around or remove them.
